Is there an update to the Federal workplace posters?  

 

 Yes, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) updated its poster in October 2022 and again this summer.  This time it updated its “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster.  Employers should ensure compliance with these new poster requirements.
