As the year ends, it's time for a year in review! We will cover the major court decisions this year that impacted all employers, including the Supreme Court decisions regarding the FLSA, religious accommodations, and DEI efforts. We will also review critical legislation ranging from the Speak Out Act to the Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act. In addition, we will cover agency rule-making that is likely to become final in 2024.
