Are there new compliance posters coming out?

Yes!  Various Federal, state and local labor law posters are required to be posted in workplaces.  The U.S. Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission have stated that in June, they will issue updated posters/guidance to cover the new laws involving the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.  Contemporaneously, the fines for failing to appropriately post required notices in the workplace have also increased.  Keeping track of the many posting requirements and changes can be challenging, which is why CTR offers a poster compliance service.  Your service representative can explain the benefits of this service, if you are interested.
